Has anyone had success resolving shoulder instability without surgery?
Could be things like physical therapy or workout modifications, etc. Just looking to hear about experiences where people have mainly been able to return to sport without pursuing surgery.

I read that hanging from a bar can help with shoulder impingement and bursitis. What has your experience with this been?
