Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis)
Lateral epicondylitis, also known as tennis elbow, is an irritation of the tissue connecting the forearm muscle to the elbow. The condition occurs as a result of overuse, resulting in the tendon’s attachment degenerating. Symptoms include pain on the outside of the elbow, forearm, and wrist. Treatment includes rest, physical therapy, and pain relievers.
